Make Your Own Miniature Stove
My daughter loves to cook, bake, and experiment in the kitchen. She also loves to use her imagination and hands to create and invent. On top of that, she is great at using my phone to make videos/movies. So… it only stands to reason that she should make a video about a miniature stove she made! Watch this video, created by Ava, to find out about the materials she used and to get some tips for how to make and use your own miniature stove for just a couple dollars. Also, below you’ll find some photos of her adorable and tasty tiny food successes!
MATERIALS:
Square (straight-edged) Candle Holder
Candle (non-scented)
Large Paper Clips (4-8)
Lighter
Aluminum Foil
Heat-resistant Kitchen Utensils
TIPS:
- Keep your miniature stove in the kitchen on a clean and stable surface.
- Be careful not to burn yourself, because the stove will become hot very quickly.
- Do not use any plastic.
- Aluminum foil is great for making little pans and molding pots.
- Use pre-cooked meat for safety, unless you are certain that your stove is able to heat to a very high temperature.
- Covering the cooking food with aluminum foil will keep the heat in and help the food to cook.
