Nutritious Snack Recipe
Here’s a snack my mom made when my brother and I were at home. It’s healthy, it’s easy, and it’s a great recipe for getting little hands involved.
Peanut Butter Wheat Germ Candy
(Ok, so it’s not really “candy” – but “candy” sounds good)
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered milk
1/4 cup honey
Measure all ingredients into a bowl & stir well.
Form into bite-sized balls.
Set balls onto cookie sheet/plate/wax paper and refrigerate.
Eat up!
