Homemade Fruit Leather

I discovered a recipe for Homemade Fruit Leather at Tricia’s blog How Sweeter It Is. She actually found the recipe in the book Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron. I was excited to try this for our household, since my husband’s garden keeps producing strawberries and this process of making the fruit leather is so easy (you only need a blender/food processor, a baking pan, cling wrap, and an oven). You can make it with other fruits, too! In fact, we made Pineapple Fruit Leather a few days later. Read the instructions here at Tricia’s blog.
